Youll collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify development needs and implement learning solutions that align with our business goals.This is a hands-on leadership role with one direct report and a key opportunity to drive cultural and capability uplift across TTC ANZ.What youll doLead the design and delivery of learning initiatives across the region from induction and leadership development to mentorship and professional growth programs.Align local training needs with TTCs global L&D strategy.Partner with the wider P&C team on performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.Manage and evolve our Learning Management System (Litmos), ensuring the platform supports both compliance and development pathways.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive a strong learning culture, both face-to-face and virtually.Utilise and interpret psychometric assessment tools to support team and individual development.Manage L&D budgets and resources effectively to ensure maximum value and impact.What youll bringA Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and ideally a degree in L&D, OD or related field.5+ years'' experience developing and delivering impactful learning programs in a corporate setting.Excellent facilitation and instructional design skills, with confidence delivering in-person and online.A strategic mindset with the ability to link development activities to business outcomes.Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, you''re a natural influencer who thrives in a collaborative environment.Experience managing a Learning Management System (Litmos experience a plus).About UsThe Travel Corporation (TTC) is a global travel company with a legacy spanning more than 100 years.
