You will inspire a high performing team, drive lead generation and sale conversion, and elevate the brand to support growth and impact. Key responsibilities include:Leading a strategic brand uplift and market positioning that reflects the organisations high quality care and servicesPositioning the organisation to attract and retain employees to the sector, and as a differentiator to its competitorsConducting market segmentation and competitor analysis for competitive edgeEnhancing digital marketing and customer experienceImproving communications across the organisationCollaborating on a purpose-led corporate affairs strategy.About youYou are a seasoned marketing and communications leader with experience in healthcare, aged care or a related service sector.
