With a strong focus on learning and development, well support you as you grow your career in payroll and administration.About the RoleFull Time Contractual RoleAs a Business Analyst PMO, you''ll play a crucial role in ensuring our projects and programs are aligned with Eldercare''s strategic goals. Working closely with Project Managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, you''ll analyse business processes, gather and document requirements, develop practical solutions, and provide data-driven insights that drive project success.Youll be part of a dynamic PMO team, reporting to the PMO Manager, and working collaboratively across multiple departments and sites.Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements for new projects and initiativesAnalyse and map current business processes to identify areas for improvementPropose solutions that meet business needs and align with Eldercares strategic directionGather and analyse data to support decision-makingProduce high-quality documentation including business requirements and process mapsFacilitate collaboration and clear communication among stakeholdersSupport project planning, execution, and monitoring activitiesEnsure project outputs meet quality standards and organisational complianceAssist with change management efforts to drive adoption and successWhat You Will Bring35 years of experience in a business analysis role, ideally within a PMO environmentTertiary qualifications in Business, Administration, Management, or related fieldStrong working knowledge of data analysis and process improvement principlesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder engagement skillsProficiency with business analysis tools and methodologiesHighly organised, detail-oriented, and quality-drivenAdaptable and collaborative approach to working across teamsWillingness to travel to Eldercare sites #J-18808-Ljbffr
