This role plays an important part in implementing streamlined HR processes and supporting initiatives across the employee lifecycle.Its an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic coordinator looking to grow their HR knowledge, apply their analytical mindset, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires precision, discretion, strong organisational skills, and a willingness to get involved across a variety of tasks and projects.On OfferFree Home BroadbandFree Mobile SIM planFlexibility 3 days/week in the officeLunch on Wednesdays, snacks, donuts and more!Diverse and Inclusive CultureGain skills and build relationships to succeed in the telco and tech industries, at Superloop and beyond.Learn through hands-on, face-to-face training, plus eLearning opportunities.Work on impactful projects, with peer feedback, coaching, mentoring, and networking.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare HR metrics and presentations for monthly leadership and Board reporting.Coordinate and deliver new employee inductions and onboarding, ensuring a smooth start for all new hires.Support the implementation of HR frameworks, systems, and strategic initiatives (e.g. diversity & inclusion, employee engagement, graduate programs, L&D, talent acquisition).Manage the People & Culture inbox and act as the first point of contact for HR-related enquiries.Draft and issue HR documentation including contract variations and employment verification letters.Maintain employee records and HRIS, ensuring accuracy in processing new starters, changes, and leavers.Conduct regular audits across HR databases and platforms to ensure data accuracy.Support regular and ad-hoc reporting, including HR analytics for Business Partners.Coordinate offboarding processes to ensure a seamless exit experience.Manage employee recognition activities, including milestone vouchers and welcome merchandise.Administer internal systems such as Training and Engagement Platforms, and maintain P&C intranet content.Qualifications And ExperienceDemonstrated experience in an HR role, supporting a broad range of HR functions across fast-paced environments.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with a strong ability to develop, interpret, and present HR metrics and analytics to inform business decisions.Experience with HRIS, Payroll and Recruitment systems with a focus on process optimisation and data integrity.Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities and respond with urgency in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills (written and verbal).Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.Complete discretion and commitment to maintaining confidentialityAt Superloop, were dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace where everyone feels safe, valued, and empowered to be who they are.
