As an integral member of the Maintenance team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and improvement of equipment to ensure optimal plant performance, managing planned repairs and unplanned breakdowns effectively while maintaining best practice and safety standards.Available ShiftsDay Shift (5:30am-5:30pm).Night Shift (5:30pm-5:30am).About YouThe ideal candidate will have:A trade qualified electrical Licence with proven experience preferably in an FMCG or similar industryA safety mindset with a strong commitment to ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and othersDemonstrated experience as an industrial Electrician, preferably in food manufacturingExperience with Robotics, Rockwell suite and PLC fault findingExperience with pneumatic systemsWorking knowledge of CMMS (MEX preferred)Ability to diagnose equipment issues and identify problems at root causeThe ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organisationYour forklift license, working at heights and confined space tickets would be highly regardedWhy Join Us?At Tip Top Bakeries, we''re proud to produce an extensive range of wholesome sliced bread, muffins, crumpets, pies, and bakery snacks.
