This is a hands-on role where you''ll be a subject matter expert in digital production, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and compliant content delivery.Two 12-month contract opportunities that can be based in either Sydney (Macquarie Park) or Adelaide CBD. Hybrid working and up to $600/day + Super.ResponsibilitiesHands-on content authoring and publishing via their CMS, Adobe Experience Manager, utilising existing templates and components, managing static files, and ensuring adherence to legal and brand guidelines.Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including UX, design, content, development, and testing teams, to gather requirements, manage defects, and secure approvals.Managing the entire production, delivery, and release management process, coordinating with testing and release teams for overnight deployments across various environments.Assisting Senior Digital Producers and adhering to company policies and deadlines.Proactively analysing problems and providing innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.Managing the product catalogue feed into the CMS.Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager or with other enterprise-level CMS platformsDemonstrated experience working in Agile Squads in an enterprise-sized organisationExperience collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams, including UX, designers, developers, testers etcProven experience with end-to-end digital releases across development and production environments.A solid understanding of W3C and Accessibility standards (WCAG)Bonus:Knowledge of digital design and UX principles.Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Jira, and Confluence.Familiarity with personalisation and A/B testing.If this sounds like you, apply now!
