Our award winning and internationally recognised systems incorporate advanced membrane technology, automation, and precision engineering to deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients in Australia and around the world.Based in Geelong, were looking for a rockstar account manager to service and technical support our existing brewing, wine and packaging clients as well as growing sales in technical products and services.Position Overview:As a technical sales engineer and account manager, the successful candidate will have a technical or engineering background and/or have experienced in technical sales and account management and/or experience with the beverage, food or packaging manufacturing industries.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain existing clients relationships in Australia and NZ with a strong emphasis on technical support and adding value to the clientIncrease sales to existing client base through new projects, consumables and service contractsManage and sales revenue for after-sales services and maintenance contracts, consumables and new machine sales opportunities.Grow sales revenue within existing customer baseManaging and meeting forecasts, achieving sales results and growth targetsManage client inventory levels and forecastingOnsite meetings, technical reviews and sales presentations and follow ups will be required locally in Victoria and interstateSupporting the engineering team with team commissioning, training and service with a client as requiredManage sales administrative tasks including setting and achieving sales and performance targets, sales reporting and CRM input and managementRequirements:At least 3-5 years of Account Management and Technical Sales, ideally within the brewing, beverage, automation, packaging and/or process engineering industriesA qualification in engineering or similar discipline is preferred but not essentialAbility to work autonomously or as part of a teamSelf-directed and goal orientated, the ideal candidate will be focuses on success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets, as well as customer satisfactionExcellent communication written and verbal skills and a genuine desire to be customer focuses.Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.Unrestricted drivers licenseThe position includes a generous base salary, negotiable based on the applicants experience and skill-set, performance bonuses plus company vehicle or vehicle allowance.The Crafty Pint is an independent online magazine and resource for anyone interested in craft beer in Australia.
