This role will see you working closely with Directors to prepare deliverables that meet our clients unique needs and expectations. You will have the opportunity to work towards a professional certification preferably in Corporate Finance such as CFA, CPA or CA.The RolePrepare a variety of valuations, independent expert reports, expert witness reports for M&A, tax, financial reporting or family law or litigation purposesWork alongside the team ensuring effective communication and client satisfactionCollaborate with clients and other stakeholdersDevelop relationships with clients, colleagues, and leadership teams, establishing trust as a key advisorAbout YouBachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field1-2 years of corporate finance or valuation expertiseFoundation/good understanding of financial accountingStrong analytical and report writing abilitiesAn interest in capital markets and a passion for learning corporate finance principlesStrong communication and presentation skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
