This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team and to secure long-term employment with the bonus of working outdoors while earning a steady income.Location:MurwillumbahPosition Type:Full-Time, PermanentKey ResponsibilitiesEnsure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standardCoordinate daily work schedules and allocate tasks as requiredMonitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to help team members develop their skills and achieve their potentialPerform weed and pest control through spraying and manual weedingUndertake all horticultural activities, including formative pruning and hedging of trees and shrubsImplement mulching and planting programsUse commercial small plant horticultural equipmentEnsure sites are maintained and presented to a high standardComply with all occupational health and safety processes and proceduresOperate a range of commercial out-front and zero-turn mowers and other small plant equipmentAbout YouTo join our team, you will have qualifications or experience in horticulture, parks and gardens, gardening, or landscaping, with a passion for providing quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others.
