As a Commercial Analyst, you will play a key role in analysing sales performance, forecasting sales trends, and managing data-driven insights to support decision-making. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, sales teams, and other departments to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies, while continuously monitoring and improving sales performance.Collect, analyse, and interpret commercial sales data from various sourcesDevelop accurate sales forecasts by analyzing historical data, market conditions, and customer behavior. Identify emerging trends to help shape future sales strategies.Develop and maintain data models and dashboards to track key performance indicatorsConduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risksPrepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and forecastingIdentify areas for process improvement and implement data-driven solutionsQualificationsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience (3+ years) in a business analyst role with a focus on sales performance reporting or sales analytics.Experience in the international education industryStrong proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, etc.).Excellent understanding of sales processes, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.What we can offerWe offer careers across our global operationsWe recognise and reward.We understand the importance of showing appreciation.We care for you.
