Reporting directly to our Head of Marketing, this role is your chance to lead marketing initiatives that make a differencesupporting brokers across Australia with bold, effective, and innovative strategies.What youll do:Be the go-to for broker marketing Manage creative development across websites, social media, email and advertising.Lead broker onboarding marketing Equip new businesses with the right tools to make a strong brand debut within the LMG network.Support national marketing strategy Collaborate on campaigns, projects and content creation that align with business goals.Champion the customer journey Oversee creative and content to deliver seamless brand experiences.Manage agency partners Ensure external vendors deliver on time, to spec, and within budget.Drive performance Analyse results, optimise campaigns, and share key insights.Be a connector Build strong relationships with brokers, internal teams, and industry partners.About you:Youve got a strong marketing background with experience across digital, social and campaign strategy.You know your way around Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics.Youre collaborative, detail-oriented, and love turning strategy into action.Bonus points if youve worked in financial services or agency environments.Most importantlyyoure creative, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven team.Why LMG Asset Finance?Join a national business thats progressive, people-first and supports over 6,000 brokers across Australia and New Zealand.
