You will work to promote our appliance collection in key retail stores across Southeast Qld, engaging external staff in the Haier journey and striving towards our vision for Haier to be the #1 Everyday Appliance Brand. Role Responsibilities Plan and execute Haiers retail strategy for key accounts. Manage existing account relationships to leverage growth opportunities. Implement strategic plans including sales targets, product placement, marketing, and promotions. Provide product training to key accounts to drive sales. Report regularly to the Regional Sales Manager, sharing insights and proposing innovative solutions. Ensure in-store merchandising and brand representation align with company standards. Candidate Requirements Sales experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and PowerBI Ability to translate expertise into business activities Experience in planning, prioritizing, and executing high-value work Ability to develop and implement strategic plans Facilitation and training skills Proven track record of brand growth Strong organizational and time management skills We will provide comprehensive training and tools to support your success.
