In this role, you will collaborate with individuals under supervision to develop and implement rehabilitative strategies, monitor progress toward established goals, and conduct home visits to ensure compliance with conditions. You will benefit from a supportive work environment and opportunities to engage in staff activities, all while making a meaningful impact in the community.What Youll DoCommunity Corrections Officers are trained to manage cases for individuals serving community-based orders, including Parole Orders, Intensive Corrections Orders, and Community Corrections Orders. In some facilities, officers also work with offenders in custody to prepare them for successful reintegration into the community upon their release on parole. This role offers extensive training opportunities and pathways for career advancement.
