This role offers the exciting opportunity to travel both nationally and internationally, working on a variety of specialised equipment.Permanent, full-time positionMonday Friday, 38-hour weekBased in Port of BrisbaneCompetitive remuneration packageSupportive team environmentOngoing development opportunities for career growthA commitment to promoting workplace diversity & inclusivityAccess to QubeCare, our employee wellbeing programKey ResponsibilitiesMaintain and monitor maintenance & NHVR compliance.Ensure internal corporate KPI compliance.Record & archiving of pre-starts and entering hours into maintenance management system.Complete weekly maintenance reports.Coordinate availability of equipment and schedule routine maintenance activities, faults, and repairs with operations team across Australia.Update and complete work orders.Handle procurement, quotes, invoicing and freightAssist with asset acquisitions & disposals.Engage subcontractors for overflow works.Book and arrange travel and accommodation for maintenance personnel.Prepare maintenance KPI reports.Qualification & ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Secondary or tertiary educationMicrosoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint skills preferredEmail management, Data Entry and working across spreadsheets skills preferredA willingness and ability to travel frequently.Presentable and professional, with strong organisational skills.At least 2 years experience working in a similar positionSelf-motivated and capable of working autonomously and within deadlines.Excellent communication skills both written and oralAccounts payable experience preferredAbility to multitask and prioritise projectsProven ability to pick up internal systems (IT) quicklyFlexible approach with strong business acumenIf you would like the opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing Ports, Transport and Logistics companies in Australia, then please click on the "Apply" button below or email our recruitment team at jobs@qube.com.auAt Qube we value diversity in the workplace and encourages applications from people of all backgrounds.
