Current project locations are within an easy commute from Brisbane, Ipswich, or Toowoomba.We have a strong project pipeline ahead of us, work / life balance rosters, above award salaries with vehicle, fuel card, site uplifts, and accommodation all provided if required.Projects weve successfully delivered include flood recovery works, streetscapes, road construction / upgrades, bulk earthworks, bridges, and water infrastructure.We''re after people who are professional, hands-on, and come with exceptional planning and leadership skills.Were a supportive team with a direct line of contact to the Directors, a new fleet of vehicles, and we can offer all-inclusive salary packages.Ideal Candidates Will HaveAt least 5-10 years experience as a Roads or Structures Supervisor or Leading Hand, particularly on TMR / roads / bridge / drainage projectsExperience in supporting Project Managers and Engineers in the successful delivery of projectsAbility to read drawingsKnowledge of quality, environmental and work health and safety management systemsStrong written/verbal communication skillsDemonstrable Computer literacy commensurate with acceptable industry standardsAny Industry qualifications will be an advantage & highly regardedMust be prepared to travel if requiredBellwether provide opportunities for career development and the chance to be influential in the overall growth of the business.
