Our team charter is to attract top talent, engage stakeholders, and drive innovative recruitment practices.About The RoleThe team leader role requires someone with a strong ability to lead a team in a high volume environment across diverse markets. You will need a keen eye for detail, highly developed administrative and data analysis skills with a solid background in recruitment and marketing. You will have a well developed appreciation and understanding of how good governance and streamlined processes and talent identification fits in the public sector environment. The role requires someone with an ability to lead, develop, build and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that expertise and advice is sought and respected. The role is an important leader of a mid-size team with specific goals and targets to be achieved in short timeframes.About YouTo succeed in this role, you''ll need to bring your energy, innovative thinking, agility, and ability to lead and balance operational tasks with understanding and appreciation for good governance.
