This role is ideal for a designer early in their career, eager to grow their skills across digital, print, branding, video and motion. You''ll join our Senior Designer in producing high-quality, on-brand design and social content work for clients across industries.The role sits within our Integrated Marketing team who design connected communications that move at the speed of culture, communities, and commerce. And weve got some impressive silverware too:Best Agency in Asia Pacific - PRWeek Global Awards - 2019, 2020, 2021, 2023Midsize Consultancy of the Year Provoke Awards, 2021; Finalist 2023 & 2024Large Agency of Year Mumbrella CommsCon Finalist 2024PR Consultancy of the Year ANZ PRWeek/Campaign Asia Awards - 2022Global Technology Agency of the Year PRovoke Awards, 2022What youll do:Design and animate engaging static and video content built for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Audiograms for Meta, LinkedIn)Edit raw video footage into snappy branded content with attention to narrative flow, music timing, subtitles, and transitionsSupport concepting and visual execution for integrated campaigns across our ANZ and APAC clients: static assets, audiograms, short-form video content, motion graphicsSupport the Senior Designer on design projects from digital, branding, video and artwork for deliveryJoin brainstorms and contribute to storyboarding, mock-ups, and visual ideation across a variety of clients from tech to healthcare to corporate to consumerSupport broader projects across other mediums including presentations, digital assets, annual reports, event collateral, and pitch designStay on top of design and platform trends, bringing fresh ideas and cultural insights into every projectA chance to join in developing and expanding the Studio teams creative offeringWhat youll bring:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); video/motion skills is highly desired (After Effects and Premiere Pro)1-2 years of design or video content experienceA strong portfolio showcasing design fundamentals: layout, typography, colour, and imagery.
