They are looking for a seasoned Senior Technology HR Systems Advisor to join their Enterprise Applications team on a 12-month contract, and this could be your next exciting move.This role isnt just about keeping systems running, its about transforming how people and technology interact. Youll be the crucial bridge between HR, Technology, and vendors, leading enhancements to SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM to drive strategic outcomes across the business.Why youll want this roleBecause youll get to work on:High-impact projects that are reshaping the HR and payroll technology space, including work aligned to S/4HANA.An inclusive and flexible hybrid work environment, with a team that values collaboration and continuous improvement.Strategic influence your insights will guide decision-making, project delivery, and process optimisation across the enterprise.What makes you the right fitYoure a confident, collaborative professional with:8+ years in HR Technology/HRIS roles, with at least 3 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors (especially in recruitment, onboarding, learning, and payroll).A track record of successfully managing large-scale HR tech implementations, ideally in complex or global environments.A love for improving processes, translating technical complexity into business-friendly language, and getting things done.Strong vendor engagement, stakeholder management, and communication skills that make you a trusted partner across business units.A bit about the roleYoull lead and contribute to the design, configuration, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors modules, and act as SME across HR systems and integrations. Youll drive best practices, digital innovation, and system efficiency - helping shape not only how the systems work, but how they enable real business outcomes.
