ConsultANZ is looking for an experienced Project Manager for a well-established contractor in WA to lead their growing team. Our client works on civil infrastructure for large mining companies. You will oversee key operations across earthwork, pavement, utility, drainage activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full project lifecycle from tender award to completion across various civil works.Coordinate internal crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth delivery.Monitor budgets, resource allocations, and scheduling to meet project timelines and financial targets.Oversee compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally on-site and in meetings.Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams.Requirements:Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.Proven experience as a Project Manager in the general civil sector.Strong technical knowledge of earthwork, pavement, utility, drainage activities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage budgets, programs, and site teams effectively.Benefits:$170-210k base + super, negotiable depending on experience.Work with a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work.Supportive team environment and career progression opportunities.Exciting projects across New South Wales.APPLY NOW if interested or email joyce.hsu@consultanz.com.au to hear more about this opportunity.REFER A FRIEND:Was this opportunity not right for you?
