As a 1099 independent contractor, you''ll have the freedom to set your own schedule, provided you meet the agreed-upon visit frequency for each store.What Youll Do:Execute planogram resets to perfection, making sure every product is in its place.Introduce new products and refresh existing sets to keep displays looking sharp.Keep shelves fully stocked and organizedplace replenishment orders as needed.Clean, adjust, and maintain fixture quality and product integrity.Hang and replace tags to ensure accurate pricing and product identification.Partner with store managers and employees to ensure a seamless retail experience.Be the face of our brand in storesbuild positive relationships and share program updates with CVS team members.What Youll Need:Must-have tools: smartphone, computer with internet, PDF reader, and the ability to install and use mobile apps to track your work.Detail-oriented mindset and pride in presentationretail is all about the visual!Strong communication skillsyoull be interacting with store personnel regularly.The ability to read and execute planograms/schematics accurately.Some experience in inventory or stock management is a plus.Preferred Experience:1+ year of retail merchandising or reset execution experience is preferredbut if you''re fast on your feet and eager to learn, we want to hear from you!Why This Role Rocks:Be your own boss.
