Were serious about our work, but we also know how to have a good time together!The RoleWere looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Insurance Administrator to join our General Insurance team! Youll work closely with your team and learn directly from senior mentors as you support our SME (small and medium-sized business) clients. This role is a great way to kickstart your career in insurance even if you dont tick every box, wed love to see what you bring!What youll do:Manage a portfolio of SME clients alongside your team.Assist in preparing insurance quotes, endorsements, and renewals.Help with document management, task coordination, and invoicing.Support lodging and following up on claims.Build friendly, professional relationships with clients.Collaborate with the team to identify new opportunities for clients.Some experience in insurance broking, customer service, or a related field (612 months preferred, but flexible!).A genuine interest in insurance, helping people, and learning new skills.Strong communication and organizational skills.Willingness to work towards your Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (training provided).Knowledge of Winbeat, SCTP, Sunrise, or OfficeTech is a plus but not required.Officially B-Corp Certified and a Certified Great Place to Work in 2023, 2024, and 2025.Mentoring and coaching from industry leaders, with opportunities for growth and promotion.Learning and development through internal and external training programs.An inclusive, diverse workplace culture focused on health, wellbeing, and fun.Option to salary sacrifice for BlueRock shares.Gym membership after one year, mobile phone allowance, and exclusive BlueRock public holidays.For more perks and benefits, visit our careers page!If this sounds like you, click the "Apply" button and follow the prompts.
