$125K incl. super + performance based bonusThe OpportunityThis newly created role is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of workforce capability for this leading food manufacturer with operations in Queensland and New South Wales. Reporting to the General Manager of Human Resources and working closely with the Group People & Culture team, you will lead the design and delivery of leadership development programs, assist with the implementation and ongoing evaluation of onboarding and induction programs, and oversee graduate and cadet programs targeting all stages of the employee journey.Key responsibilities:Design and implement the L&D strategy aligned with business goals, with a key focus on in-person leadership development programs;Partner with site leaders and internal stakeholders to conduct a training needs analysis and identify key development priorities;Lead the development, facilitation, and continuous improvement of internal leadership programs and external training pathways;Assist with implementation of site induction and onboarding program;Oversee Graduate and Cadet Programs to ensure successful learning journeys;Manage vendor relationships with external training providers;Measure and report on the impact of L&D objectives and initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement; andRegularly travel to sites across QLD and NSW to support and deliver L&D initiatives.Required ExperienceWere looking for a dynamic L&D professional who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on capability development experience.
