Holcim is currently looking for a Production officer, for their Brisbance city plant, however with a requirement to provide additional operational support to other plants in the region. You would normally start work around 05:30am and there would be a requirement to work some Saturdays (as needed).Duties and responsibilities:Promoting and enforcing safety and environmental processes and protocols to meet performance outcomesProduction of concrete using multiple systems and processesAllocating and assigning loads to drivers as well as coordination of Trucks arriving & departing siteStock management and coordination of deliveriesAssisting contractors carrying out site maintenanceYard maintenance, Front-end loader operation, shovelling and manual handling of bagged productsAdministration on a variety of computer software applications (training is provided on these)Ideally, it would be great if you hold a current forklift ticket and have experience operating a front-end loader. However, we are more than happy to train & facilitate you obtaining these qualifications.Additionally, as the role will be supporting other plants within the Sydney regions, it is essential that you have your own reliable vehicle.
