Whether youre helping someone reimagine their career or advocating for a supportive workplace, you do it with heart and purpose.The RoleAs a Rehab Consultant, youll be the trusted guide supporting injured individuals as they step back into the workforce. Your work will go beyond case managementyoull help people rebuild their confidence, reconnect with their goals, and re-enter life with purpose.What Youll Be Doing Supporting clients with care and compassion, conducting meaningful assessments and guiding them through life-changing career transitions. Collaborating with a wide circlebuilding relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference. Identifying barriers and designing tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration. Visiting workplaces to understand the real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.Who you''ll be working with? The WA team is truly multidisciplinary, made up of 20+ likeminded OT''s, Physios, EP''s, Chiro''s, Psych''s and SW''s looking to make a impactful difference. Each of our 4 local leaders has 10+ years clinical/WRP experience, and are passionate about facilitating a positive, inclusive, collaborative and supportive working environment.
