This is your opportunity to lead a passionate team, influence care pathways, and strengthen outcomes for diverse communities.About the roleAs the Senior Coordinator - Stepped Care, you''ll provide day-to-day leadership, mentoring, and clinical oversight to a small team. You''ll guide complex decision-making, promote trauma-informed and culturally safe care, and drive collaboration with key stakeholders and service partners across the Better Connect network.
