The OTU also maintains the departments capacity to offer nationally recognised training, eLearning solutions and accurate training records.We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Quality and Compliance Officer - Training to join our team.Under the limited direction of the Training Quality Assurance and Systems Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and enhancing the quality assurance processes within the department to maintain compliance with the registration requirements of being a Registered Training Organisations (RTO) including but not limited to:RTO policies, procedure, information sheets, guides, handbooks and forms.Self-assessment audits against evolving regulatory requirements .Auditing of training and assessment materials for all accredited training products.Validation of accredited training products.Evaluation and feedback mechanism including the RTO continuous improvement register.At the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA), we have adopted Leadership Expectations which provides a common understanding of the mindsets and expected behaviours required of all our employees and the public sector.
