You will ensure clients needs are met in a timely manner, maintain a well-organized appointment schedule, and prioritize Simply Excellent Hearing Care.Whats in it for you?Top priority of culture and community including ongoing trainingAttractive compensation package with monthly bonus opportunitiesOnboarding, comprehensive benefits, paid holidays, PTO, 401k with match, Health & Wellness programsMentorship and professional development opportunities including a CES Advisory BoardField support for your hearing centerWhat You Will DoMaintain client charts and ensure information is up to datePrioritize welcome and confirmation calls and provide friendly and enthusiastic customer serviceManage clinic schedule to ensure efficient and expedient patient care for walk-in/curbside appointments, scheduled appointments, and potential clientsEnter stock and custom orders, perform weekly inventory audit to ensure accuracyMaintain detailed and accurate records of cash and bank deposits and perform all end-of-day processes and reports/settlementsMaintain a clean, inviting, and friendly environmentMaintain basic knowledge of hearing aid technology and be able to perform basic cleaning/repair functionsAssist with basic hearing aid troubleshooting via telephone or in-person and perform cleaning and checksMaintain knowledge of current HearUSA products, promotions, and pricing.
