Client focus & project delivery excellenceTeam leadershipMarket competitive remuneration and flexible work practicesAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Civil Engineer to join our active East Coast Engineering team.Reporting to the General Manager Engineering, youll lead a small but high-performing team of civil and structural engineers and drafters, delivering an expanded service offering of specialist engineering, design and project delivery services for clients and projects across the region.This is an exciting opportunity for an independent and technically capable engineer who is solution focused. The objective is to grow the business by offering complementary services to existing Tetra Tech clients, and organically establish new client relationships.You should be someone who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and team development.
