You will be integral in managing projects and orchestrating the client team, to achieve shared business goals and objectives, as part of the delivery of the account strategy.Overview of role:A hybrid business management and digital producer role that will lead the day-to-day delivery of our clients CRM and lead-nurture program, as well as other key digital projects such as web page design updates.This role will report into an Account Director who oversees all digital projects and this role will also work closely with the rest of the digital team which includes a Senior Integrated Producer, a Group Business Director and an Account Executive.Our client is focused on delivering best-in-class work so this role will have plenty of opportunities for growth, innovation and opportunities to work with integrated advertising campaign delivery teams for some big product launches coming up in the next 12 months.Skills and experience:2-5 years experience, ideally in a digital agencyTechnical knowledge of how CRM and CMS systems and workflows operateExperience with 1:1 digital communicationsA passion and interest in CRM, 1:1 comms and CMS projectsUp-to-date and able to deliver on industry best-practiceAbout Clemenger BBDO:As we enter a new chapterone driven by ambition, creativity, and the understanding that BIG is not about size but about mindsetwe''re excited for you to be a part of what comes next.
