As part of our recruitment process, applicants will undergo rigorous screening and may be asked behaviour-based questions during interviews to assess their understanding of child protection responsibilities.Oversee and guide all investigative operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and integrity.Mentor and lead a team of investigators, fostering continuous improvement and high standards.Manage client engagement with professionalism and empathy.Ensure compliance with legislation, ethical codes and safeguarding policies.Produce high-quality written reports, analyses and risk assessments.Lead responses to critical incidents and contribute to the development of national investigation systems.Current Victorian Private Security (Investigator) Licence.Valid Working with Children Check (Employee)Victorian Drivers Licence.Proven experience leading complex investigations in reportable conduct, misconduct and child safety.Deep understanding of compliance, ethics and legislation in safeguarding contexts.Tertiary qualifications in governance, law, investigations or related disciplines.Experience working with regulatory bodies, law enforcement or oversight agencies.Experience in people managementFamiliarity with contemporary child protection frameworks.How to ApplyIf you are an accomplished investigator seeking a leadership role that offers flexibility, professional growth and meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.
