$130,000 p.a + super + vehicle + paid weekly!We are looking for an experienced Area Manager who can work hands-on with our Centre Directors! The role is based across South Australia with regular travel, so your base location is flexible but you must be able to travel.Working directly with our Centre Directors, you will support ensuring quality educational programs and service provision. You will liaise with our Centre Directors in person, over the phone, and via Teams. Your role will be key in ensuring our childcare centres meet and exceed their obligations under the National Quality Framework.About the roleWork closely with geographically dispersed Centre Directors to implement systems and operational processes for effective daily management of each centre.Provide mentoring and guidance to centre leaders and staff to promote a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the delivery of engaging, creative, and environmentally friendly programs for children.Build and maintain open communication with staff, children, and families at each centre.Ensure each centre operates according to company policies, legislative requirements, and the National Quality Framework.Maintain positive relationships and effective communication with external agencies.Manage each centres budget within guidelines.Mentor managers and staff to achieve professional goals and high performance.Manage reporting requirements efficiently.Identify and embrace opportunities for ongoing professional development and service growth.About youDiploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent approved by ACECQA.MUST have experience managing multiple childcare services simultaneously.MUST be willing to travel regularly, either driving or flying to centres.MUST be able to travel interstate when required.Current WWCC, first aid, asthma, and anaphylaxis training.Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Framework.Ability to influence and mentor a large, dispersed team.Ability to work independently and develop positive stakeholder relationships.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong leadership, people, and time management skills.Understanding of operational best practices.High integrity and reliability.What Imagine can offer youA fully maintained vehicle.Laptop, iPad, and phone.All travel and training paid for!Discounts from well-known brands and retailers.Novated vehicle leasing options.Free annual flu shot, first aid, asthma, and anaphylaxis training.Free annual child protection training.Management of no more than five centres at a time.A supportive network of like-minded Area Managers.Supportive management and head office teams.How to applyApply today!
