(Handling of 25kgs bags of raw material)Lead, support, and train staff to achieve quality and output goals.Monitor stock levels, product quality, and equipment performance.Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company procedures.Identify process improvements and contribute to ongoing efficiency initiatives.To Be Successful, You Need To......bring a proactive mindset, strong leadership skills, and a sharp eye for detail.
