Every person, from the extensive range of disciplines, plays an important role in helping the organisation realise its vision to become a world leading zoo-based conservation organisation.Responsibilities of the role:Implement and optimise marketing campaigns to support Zoos Victoria business needsBrief creative concepts and coordinate design feedback with creative agency and stakeholdersWork with media booking agency to book, monitor, and optimise advertising based on performanceCoordinate & develop content for paid social media campaigns and media partnershipsContribute to website content creation and managing website maintenanceThe ideal candidate must have:Experience developing, implementing and optimising multi-channel marketing campaignsExperience working with media buying agencies and creative agencies, including writing briefs, providing feedback on media plans and/or artwork, and coordinating production and submission of marketing materialProven digital marketing experience including practical knowledge of tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Business, Photoshop, and website CMS)A proven ability to build effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholdersRelevant marketing industry knowledge particularly within tourism, leisure, education, not-for-profit, or retail sectorsWhile the position is based at Melbourne Zoo, travelling to all four Zoos Victoria properties for work purposes is requiredThe successful candidate will be required to obtain an Employee Status Working with Children Check.For more information on this role, please refer to the position description below.Please submit a cover letter addressing the key selection criteria (maximum two pages), and resume by clicking on the ''Apply'' link below.
