The increasing pressure on individuals has led to a rise in stress-related problems.About the PositionReporting to the General Manager, the Operations Manager oversees logistics and operational functions, including stock management, delivery coordination, warehouse logistics, customer service, complaint resolution, and policy enforcement.The ideal candidate will have strong logistics and leadership experience, with a passion for process improvement and systems optimisation. You will work closely with the GM to refine processes, improve reporting, and identify efficiency opportunities.You will lead a team including the Customer Service Coordinator, Events Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, Administrators, and Delivery Teams.Please note: The core hours are Monday to Friday, but flexibility is required. You should be prepared to support your team outside standard hours, including weekends and across time zones.
