Its our mission to re-define and repair.The OpportunityThe primary function of the DC Team Leader is to support the State DC Supervisor/State DC Manager with the day-to-day activities at their warehouse location. This role coordinates the receipt, storage and distribution of all items to ensure that all customers receive quality orders in a timely and efficient manner.Role responsibilitiesProvide leadership, direction and delegation of tasks to team members as requiredCoordinate, oversee and assist with all outbound operations including picking, packing, quality checking, dispatch, freight tracking and loading of freight vehiclesCoordinate, oversee and assist with quality inspection of parts, packaging and order fulfillment prior to dispatchUse, maintain and update computer systems to manage freight, orders for dispatch, items to pick and items for deliveryOversee and assist with identifying parts to be delivered, inspect for undocumented damage and report if requiredOversee and assist with the picking and preparation of parts for shipment, ensuring that the correct part and correct quantity is pickedOversee and assist customer pickup area for the siteDoes this sound like you?Intermediate computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), other web-based programsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to take initiative, solve problems and act with a sense of urgencyAble to work efficiently both in a team environment and independently and to required timeframesAble to professionally represent the organizationLF & LO license preferredBasic knowledge of vehicle parts and consumablesBenefitsReward & recognitionCareer development and progressionReferral bonus for recommending a friend to work with usDiscounts on parts and toolsUniforms24/7 professional counselling for Team members and their immediate familiesWe champion our Team, because its our people that set us apart and drive our business'' success.
