You will represent some of Australias favourite health, wellness, and beauty brands, like Lady Jayne, Manicare, Swisspers, Fusion Health, and Dr. LeWinn''s, and bring them to life in local pharmacies and health food stores.Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to deliver in-store execution excellence and drive distribution growth by calling on high-opportunity retail outlets. The ideal candidate will be focused on growing sales by executing the Perfect Store model, increasing product visibility, and proactively engaging retailers to sell in new lines, promotional activity, and compliance initiatives.Responsibilities:Opportunity-Driven ServicingPrioritise call file based on growth, sales potential, and distribution gapsExecute structured call plans supported by Salesforce REX and insights from segmentationUse data to identify distribution opportunities, upsell initiatives, and POS gapsFocus on high-value stores that can drive growth vs coverage-only mindsetPerfect Store ExecutionDeliver brand standards in-store including core range, off-location displays, and promotional complianceConduct store audits and capture execution data via Salesforce REXEducate staff on new products, brand stories, and promotional activityEnsure POS is placed, activated, and used as intendedRelationship Building & Brand RepresentationBuild trusted relationships with pharmacists, retail managers, and key staffBe a category ambassador position MCP as a value-adding supplier, not just a sellerGather competitor intel and in-field insights to feed back to Commercial teamsReporting & FeedbackLog store-level insights, photos, and compliance in real timeEscalate recurring blockers (pricing issues, poor POS adoption, stock gaps) to Sales Ops or KAMsParticipate in cycle meetings and provide real-world execution feedbackQualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the retail industryProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience with CRM software is preferredAbility to travel as needed - metro and regional suburbs or WA.About You:Youre passionate about customer service, enjoy building relationships, and are ready to bring that energy to a dynamic sales role.
