Our advanced logistics network stretches across the State, connecting the growers of WA with our people, and providing opportunities for career growth in different roles and locations.If its good people,good work, great opportunities and a great lifestyle you want, CBH is what youre looking for.The RoleCBH are seeking a motivated and driven Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to support the Kwinana West region on a permanent basis, reporting to the National Accumulations Manager.The CBH Business Relationship Management (BRM) network is on-hand to act as a conduit between the Marketing and Trading division of CBH and the grower members of CBH by being the local, on the ground person to ensure that up to date, relevant information is being provided.The position is responsible for grower-facing activities within the Marketing and Trading (M&T) arm, including grain accumulation for cash trading and structured commodity products (pools), local management of grower finance products, marketing and lead generation of CBH Fertiliser products, and reporting on crop conditions, grower sentiment, and market intelligence. It also involves assisting with maintaining a consistent BRM service level across the state.We build and maintain grower relationships through solid business support, regular communication, sharing information about our products, listening and responding to grower needs.Join us in this exciting role where you can have a real impact!As a part of the role, subsidised health insurance and fully maintained vehicle will be provided.Location: Currently located at the CBH Avon Area Office in Northam, the role covers the area from Dalwallinu to Jurien Bay and south to Northam and Meckering areas. There may be opportunities to work from other CBH Area Offices located within the defined region.This role will regular travel to other locations from within the designated region, throughout WA, and potentially interstate or overseas.Responsibilities include:Grain acquisition activities including provision of sales and information services to grain industry participants within the assigned regionRegular contact with growers on farm in order to understand their business and identify opportunities for creating value specific to their individual needsPromotion of CBH Groups grain marketing suite of products including financial servicesReporting on conditions of current crops and trends in agronomic practicesUndertaking public relations activities as requiredSales management of CBH Fertiliser products within regionManagement of CBH Financial Products and Services within regionAbout You:Understanding of grain grower business cycles including contracting and grain finance requirementsStrong verbal communication and interpersonal skillsHighly developed relationship management and influencing skillsSound computer skills and experience with Microsoft OfficeWilling to undertake a National Police Clearance & ASIC checkA valid Australian Drivers licenceTertiary qualifications in Agribusiness, Business or FinanceFamiliarity with grain accumulation productsDemonstrated ability to understand and market productsUnderstanding of grain production trends, issues and opportunitiesRG146 (AFSL) Generic KnowledgeWhy work with CBH?A good bunch of peopleWe are powered by a good bunch of people who genuinely make CBH a good place to work.
