Key Responsibilities: Develop trusted relationships with your customers Retain and grow your portfolio whilst leveraging your networks to support small business customers bring their business ideas to life 12 months full-time secondment opportunity About the Role: As a Small Business Banker, you will join the Rockhampton team that is moving quickly to support our customers. Daily Activities: Manage small business lending requests up to $2 million, and home lending up to $5 million, while keeping processes simple Convert leads into wins, fueling growth and delivering impressive results while driving customer advocacy Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, making NAB their Bank of Choice Understand customer needs to provide tailored, holistic banking solutions Build relationships with brokers and existing customers to create new opportunities and support ongoing business Candidate Requirements: Genuine motivation to build personal connections and empower customers to achieve their business dreams Lending experience in business or retail banking, with knowledge of credit processes Strong relationship management, networking skills, and a passion for portfolio growth Problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation skills Additional Information: We ask candidates to hold questions for the phone interview, where we will discuss the role in detail and answer any inquiries.
