You will play a key role in improving rostering practices and enhancing employee satisfaction through the implementation of a contemporary roster, time, and attendance solution.What You Will DoCollaborate with the Test Lead and QA team to plan, design, and run test cases aligned with business requirements.Create, manage, and report defects using designated test management tools with high attention to detail.Review and trace acceptance criteria to ensure thorough test coverage and requirements validation.Participate in release testing and keep progress documentation up to date.Support UAT activities and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team membersWhat You Need To Apply For This RoleMinimum 3+ years'' experience as a Test Analyst in enterprise environmentsHands-on experience in integration testing (API, SFTP) and manual functional testingBackground in Workforce Management, including Time & Attendance, Awards/EBAs, or Scheduling/Rostering systems (desirable)Proficiency in test planning, test case writing, and using test tools like ALM (or similar)Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work both independently and in a teamInterested?
