For more than fifty years, this Australian owned family business has led the industry with groundbreaking innovations.Seeley International currently employs more than 500 staff and has significant growth plans, both in Australia and overseas, which will further cement its reputation as a leader in its field.Position SummaryThe Production Supervisor shall support the Production Manager in terms of production, quality, cost, delivery, technical, safety, and human resources, whilst achieving the departmental goals. Strive to continually improve using Lean tools to reduce costs, improve production and quality.Multiple positions are available as:Large Product Assembly SupervisorDomestic Product Assembly SupervisorKey Responsibilities:Drive production efficiency by meeting KPIs and targets and implementing lean manufacturing principles.Lead and develop team performance, including coaching staff and managing Labor resources (both permanent and casual).
