You will:Analyse performance diving into P&Ls, KPIs and sales trends to craft targeted growth strategies.Be the engine behind revenue growth, coaching franchisees to boost sales, lift margins, and drive long-term success.Embed performance frameworks and benchmarking tools that help store teams hit (and exceed!) their goals.Collaborate on regional business development and promotional initiatives that connect with local markets and customers.Coach, support and challenge our store owners to be the best in the business while keeping the brand vibe strong and consistent.What Were Looking ForWere chasing a commercially sharp, people-savvy leader who:Has 5+ years'' experience in retail or franchise operations (multi-site or state-level a bonus).Is fluent in financials, sales metrics and strategic planning and knows how to turn them into growth.Loves coaching and consulting with business owners, building trust while pushing for performance.Has that rare combo of structure and hustle someone who can guide with a steady hand but move fast when opportunity knocks.Is a team player whos ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.Tertiary qualifications in business, sales or marketing?
