This is a key leadership role within our Resourcing and Talent Acquisition team, responsible for building and delivering forward-thinking recruitment strategies that align with business priorities and help shape the future workforce across Australia.The ROLE:This role will see you lead a passionate and capable TA team that supports national and regional project needs across multiple disciplines. You''ll be responsible for:Driving strategy and execution of talent acquisition initiatives with a strong focus on innovation, efficiency and complianceBuilding and nurturing a high-performing team culture underpinned by agility, growth mindset and shared successProactively engaging with senior stakeholders across the business to align talent acquisition outcomes to operational goalsLeading strategic sourcing initiatives and building robust talent pipelines using market insights and best-in-class sourcing toolsEmbedding continuous improvement into everything we do across systems, processes, tech, and above all, positive experience for candidates and hiring leaders alikeChampioning a values-based approach to candidate care, stakeholder engagement, and people leadershipAbout YOU:You are a confident and capable leader who brings energy, direction, and deep expertise in talent acquisition.
