Multiple Roles Available!Are you an experienced:Project ManagerContracts Administrator &/orSite Managerwho is looking for a position with a reputable, multiple award-winning construction company?Look no further!If youre passionate about delivering high-quality projects and ready to take the next step in your construction career, we want to hear from you.Project OpportunitiesDue to winning multiple projects across a variety of sectors we require experienced personnel to deliver:Residential Multi-Unit Developments with complicated Civil Works and Suspended Concrete Slabs andCommercial fitouts including heavy structural steel, screw piles and internal refurbishmentsKey ResponsibilitiesProject ManagerEstablishing and implementing overall project delivery plan.Taking total ownership of safety, financial results, time and quality outcomes of the project, customer, and team satisfaction.Developing, maintaining, and implementing project specific plans in accordance with Kingstons Integrated Management System.Developing a sound understanding of Contract and Statutory conditions relevant to Projects and communicating this to site personnel.Representing the company for all activities with respect to the project.Committing to, and leading, a safe work environment for the project which is free of incident, injury, or damage to the environment.Ensuring compliance with the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry at all times.Building and maintaining relationships with key project stakeholders.Contracts AdministratorSubcontractor procurement, management & administration.Head contract administration.Take total ownership of site safety, time & quality outcomes of the project and team satisfaction in accordance with KPIs.Assist with the development of project management plans in accordance with our Management System e.g. Safety, Environmental, Quality, Industrial Relations and Work Planning.Fully understand and take ownership of the offsite implementation of all project specific plans.Ensure work performed on site is carried out in accordance with Company standards, values and KPIs.Maintain appropriate documentation, in accordance with integrated management systems and legislative requirements.Site ManagerManaging Subcontractors, suppliers, and Company labour.Conducting routine site inspections ensuring Company standards are met.Developing and monitoring the programme ensuring key milestones in relation to Time, Cost, Safety and Quality are being achieved on site.Ensuring compliance to Kingstons systems which are accredited to Federal Safety requirements.Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.Managing the site construction activities to achieve the most productive use of available materials and construction resources (internal and external).Maintaining overall quality assurance whilst ensuring building compliance.Maintaining and monitor all environmental site-specific issues.Notify the Project Manager of any issues likely to have a substantial impact on operations.Maintaining professional relationships with relevant authorities, delegates, and consultants.Ensuring all standards of construction are monitored and maintained.To apply, please submit your application with a current resume highlighting your qualifications and experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
