The RoleAt Infinite Aged Care, the Team Leader of Hotel Services plays a vital role in delivering quality housekeeping and cleaning services, with a focus on infection control and ensuring a safe, healthy environment for residents.Reporting to the Facility Manager, this position involves supervising cleaning and laundry staff to maintain high standards. Responsibilities include reviewing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, conducting audits, providing feedback to management, and coaching, mentoring, and training team members at our Edmonton Gardens home.This role is physically demanding, requiring bending, squatting, lifting, and pushing tasks.
