We have a rich culture of high ethical standards, integrity and accountability, which is complemented by a diverse and inclusive workforce.Investigator - several positionsLets talk about the opportunityThe purpose of this role is to work within a multi-disciplinary team to lead investigations into allegations of corrupt conduct in the performance of the Commissions principal functions.This is a 12-month temporary, full-timeposition.Annual salary is $126,213 to $140,482 (which includes overtime allowance), plus employers contribution to superannuation (currently 12%) and annual leave loading (currently 17.5%).Click here to view the position description.Candidates will be assessed against the following requirements:Significant experience investigating alleged serious offences, including fraud, and/or public sector misconduct.A good knowledge of the criminal law, the rules of evidence and criminal procedures and an understanding of the Independent Commission Against Corruption Act 1988.Well-developed planning and organisational abilities, problem solving and analytical skills and experience using investigative analytics software.Demonstrated ability to write well and the ability to communicate effectively with people of diverse background, occupation, and seniority, both internal and external to the Commission.Who we areThe NSW ICAC was established in 1988 as an independent organisation to protect the public interest, prevent breaches of public trust and guide the conduct of public officials in the NSW public sector.
