We will provide you with all the training, support and personal protective equipment you need in your role and will help you develop, should you decide you want to develop your career with us.Were looking for a Service Leader who is caring, dedicated, loves working with people and share the values that make our charity so special.Within this role, you will manage 5 services, you will manage these teams to support many individuals, with a range of different needs, to help them to live their best lives possible.With experience working in a health or social care setting, you will have an upbeat positive manner, as well as having a genuine passion for supporting people to become a part of their local and wider community.You will also have experience working with people supported who present behaviours that require intensive support planning and management to ensure their safety and quality of life at all times.In addition you will be comfortable using basic IT systems that are required within the role - training can be offered to support this area. You will also hold a professional qualification in Health and Social Care, i.e. Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 plus supervisory units (Scotland) / Care Management Level 3 (England).This is a great opportunity to make a genuine difference, where you will be responsible for leading an engaged and motivated team to change lives and deliver person-centred outcomes for every person we support.
