We design, manufacture and sell those awesome fans you see on The Block, Grand Designs, in airports, shopping centers, industrial warehouses, restaurants and more!We are currently recruiting for a Sales Representative to join our Industrial Commercial team.The Sales Representative is responsible for closing all end user sales outside of the residential department. The Sales Rep will provide solutions to key decision makers who are seeking our professional input to meet their facilities airflow needs while also looking for ways to improve the overall client experience.Key Responsibilities:Be available to take inbound & outbound phone calls, emails, webchats, and other inquiries - No cold callingMaintain a strong knowledge base of all Big Ass Fans product rangesPromptly record client details & conversation notes into our CRM for future referenceRespond and qualify sales leads in the industrial/commercial end user lead queueOffer a solutions-based sales approach by listening to and answering the clients questionsProactively source and develop client referrals to cultivate new businessCreate, review and send sales proposalsLiaise with our OSR team should a facility specific visit be requested or required by the clientActively follow up with open opportunities to build accurate sales pipelineNegotiate and close orders by collecting payment via credit card, bank remittance, purchase order, or signed quoteHandle and assist showroom walk-insBe available to attend trade shows/eventsMinimise sales errors by maintaining an exceptional level of database integrityActively follow-up with open opportunities to build an accurate pipelineNegotiate and close orders by collecting payment via credit card, bank remittance, purchase order, or signed quote.Requirements:Previous experience in a successful sales rolePrevious experience working in a Call Centre environmentExperience using and understanding Salesforce (preferred but not essential)Have a sound understanding of measurements, airflow and be able to recommend BAF products using that knowledge (Training provided)Why live life Big Ass?We work hard, play hard.
