Operations/Estimating Manager (Insurance Builder)Add expected salary to your profile for insightsWe are an established builder with a dedicated focus on insurance repairs as well as new homes and renovations.We have been established in the Residential Insurance Sector for 13 years, and through our performance have grown to where we are looking to expand our presence and service.We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver fast, high-quality repairs, and place an emphasis on customer service, with an empathetic attitude toward the customer''s loss.About the job:The role on offer is for a permanent full time insurance manager role.In this role you will be overseeing the following area''s of the Insurance repair business;- Lead the repair management team.- Lead the estimating team.- Compiling desktop estimates / revisions & peer review.- Technical liaison to trades.- Maintaining and developing the client relationship.- Assist with on site concerns and field estimating at peak times.This role will utilise your skills and expertise in the wide scope of residential insurance repair management.Skills and experience:-Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.-Understanding of how Prime Ecosystem operates is beneficial-A high level of report writing skill, scope creation, costing, planning, scheduling and customer service is crucial for this role.We are looking for a positive, proactive and hardworking candidate with a willingness to lead, learn and grow within our high performing team.Prior experience in home building repairs and a trade background with a builder low rise qualification is necessary for this role.To be considered and do the job successfully we are looking for the following attributes:Ability to work autonomously.Have a strong work ethic.Min.
