Each year, the company hosts a national conference where all employees are invited to contribute to strategic planning for the year aheadensuring every voice is heard in shaping the future of the business.The Position Senior Contract Administrator (will also consider an intermediate CA who is interested in mentoring a team)Preparation of subcontractor tender packages, scope of works, contract documentation and procurement schedulesPreparation of head contract progress claimsSubmission and evaluation of variationsManaging both upstream and downstream with a focus on managing downstreamHead contract administrationPrepare end of monthly costs reports for presentation to the Construction ManagerAdminister RFIs to clients and consultantsAssisting Project Manager with daily operationsMaintaining project document controlBuild relationships and negotiate with suppliersMan management of the teamKey contact on the projectSkills And ExperienceMinimum 4 years'' experience as a CARelevant qualifications in Construction Management or related fieldStrong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulationsExcellent leadership and organisational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWe are looking for Contract Administrators for commercial and residential construction, fit out and refurb sectors.
