Youll work closely with local service providers, businesses, and community organisations to support learners to engage in meaningful training and reach their goals, to increase access to training and promote participation in the Adult and Community Education (ACE) Program and Foundation Skills courses.Youll be part of a supportive team that values community connection, flexibility, and inclusivity.Location: Moree, NSWHours: Part-time, 28 hours per week (4 days, 8:30am4:00pm)Contract: Fixed term until 30 June 2026Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with learners and the broader community to identify education needs.Support local learners in identifying and working toward their goals.Build strong connections with local organisations, businesses, and services.Assist with implementing Individual Learning Plans where needed.Assist students with course enquiries, enrolment processes, and understanding their training options.Support students with literacy, numeracy, digital, or study-related challenges.Help create learning environments that are inclusive, respectful and culturally safe.Encourage student engagement, retention, and successful course completion.Prepare reports and learner data for internal and funding requirements.Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Moree campus in line with college procedures.Promote courses and services throughout Moree and surrounding communities.Build and maintain relationships with local organisations, service providers, and employers.Participate in local events or initiatives to raise awareness of educational opportunities.Refer potential learners to suitable training or support programs.Maintain learner records and contribute to program reporting.What You''ll NeedStrong interpersonal and communication skills.Community engagement or adult education experience.Ability to work independently and with a team.A full, valid drivers licence and willingness to travel.Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.Commitment to inclusive, respectful and strengths-based practice.Sound knowledge of and participation in the local Moree community, including the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.Confidence using basic technology, including Microsoft Office, email and databases.A current Working with Children Check and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain prior to starting).Ready to apply?To apply for this position, submit your application including cover letter and resum outlining your claim for the role via email to hr@ccni.nsw.edu.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
